KONO! films are based on obscure stock originally intended for shooting motion pictures, scientific purposes, or anyplace else where photosensitive emulsions were used. Despite their outlandish origins, all films were treated in a way that they can be developed at standard mini labs. The newest invention is a hybrid device called “Reanimator”, linking the digital to the analog world on photographic films.
KONO! MIRAGE is reanimated by not only one but two awesome colors at once! The Mirage-Effect changes from subtle, sunny and light into a saturation monster as soon as the sun sets. Pictures shot in bright daylight invoke the feeling of a warm late summer day and as soon as it gets darker, the colors get more prominent and richer.
