When will my order ship?

Due to the nature of all items being made to order, orders are shipped out as items become available. Once shipped you will receive tracking information in an email. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Orders that haven’t been shipped out can be changed. Please email me at orders@photodom.shop and put the order number in the subject line.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.

What if my package was returned to sender?

Once a package has been returned to me due to address issues, I will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void. 

Can I track my order?

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major credit and debit cards, payments can also be made with paypal.

I don't like my order can I exchange/return it?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email  orders@domthedesigner.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system.
