Shipping
Due to the nature of all items being made to order, orders are shipped out as items become available. Once shipped you will receive tracking information in an email.
Orders that haven’t been shipped out can be changed. Please email me at orders@photodom.shop and put the order number in the subject line.
We ship worldwide! International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due to customs fees.
Once a package has been returned to me due to address issues, I will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null & Void.
All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped.

Payment
I accept all major credit and debit cards, payments can also be made with paypal or afterpay.

Returns
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email orders@photodom.shop with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by our payment system.
